3 years and 1.50 Lacs KMs mein hi engine open ho gaya.. 2 times tyres change ho gaye.. several times bread pads and drum changed.. music system kabhi kaam hi nahin karta.. screen blackout ho jaati hai.. 2 lacs kharch karke 20 din baad car lekar aaya again same issue

@anandmahindra sir, Mahindra Customer Care se ek baar phone aaya, mein utha nahin paaya bcoz no was not saved and after that bus shanti.. i have paid a lot of money for a new car and paid several lacs on it’s repairs and maintenance from Mahindra only..

@18002096006 Hi, still I have not received any confirmed reply on my complaint. Customer care manager called me and took 15 mins to call back but not reverted yet. Service Manager saying that bumper is damaged and due to moisture DRL is faulty.. don’t know how they can say that

@anandmahindra there is no accident but to save the money on warranty items they r giving wrong update to customers.. in just 3 yrs and 1.4L kms, several parts changed by paying from my pocket, now DRL not working.. for not giving warranty, they r saying that car is accidental

@anandmahindra Sir, I am really pissed off with Koncept a mahindra Noida in the last 2 years.. they don’t do any solution of the car problem but saving themselves by putting allegation on the customer that I am giving them damaged car..

Really surprised, no one has called me. In just 80K running, fan is changed.. I think mine is the 1st car crossed 80K and with me, MM is experiencing XUV700.. now, after service, Bluetooth is not working, unable to connect android and apple.. again will go MM SC. @anandmahindra

Car is running at 80685 kms and again got a new surprise of high oil temperature and high temperature.. frequent brake pad worn out ping, service due in 10 days of service… several issues in just an year, not happy at all with XUV700
