With every passing day few services are just deteriorating. @Swiggy @SwiggyCares is one of them. Order gets delayed & on helpline I’m told it will come in 5mins as executive has said that & he abruptly ends the chat when I even sent him a screenshot of ETA. Still waiting.

Is this what you call service @BisleriZone ! For someone who has paid for subscription, you harass your customers like this for water?!

Such a big brand @BisleriZone who sign up celebrities but cannot deliver order as per schedule. I have a monthly subscription but no one bothers delivering water on time. The Bisleri office numbers are useless. They don’t answer or disconnect. Helpline number is bad/clueless!
