✅ केबलों को सुरक्षित एवं व्यवस्थित करना होगा
✅ केबल बंडलों को केबल बॉक्स में रखना होगा
✅ DHBVN की अनुमति होना अनिवार्य

🚫 निर्धारित समयसीमा के बाद नियमों का पालन न करने वाले केबलों को बिना किसी अतिरिक्त सूचना के हटाया जाएगा।

A restoration drive has been initiated against the various violations done by the owners of residential plot in DLF Phase -3. This drive has been conducted in compliance of Hon’ble High Court in CWP no 1528 of 2021.

The drive was started around 12 PM today along with the SHO DLF-3 and policemen/ policewomen help and District Administration help in S Block - Nathupur Road - DLF Phase 3.

Today the DTP, Enforcement team ( Town & Country Planning) has only able to cover the following plots / building and demolished / sealed the violations as given below:-

Plot no. NR-5 - unauthorised hotel sealed namely - MOONLIGHT

- ⁠plot no. NR-45- unauthorised hospital namely - THE MEDICITY

- ⁠Plot no. NR-2 - unauthorised commercial building ( office) sealed.

- ⁠Plot no. S-23/1 - Unauthorised PG namely AMALTAS APARTMENTS - It has 48 nos rooms/units - sealed.

- ⁠NR-38- A clinic in the name of PRISTYN CARE ( permission for Medico Assisted has been obtained) has covered the side setback - which has been demolished.

- ⁠Plot no. S-23/5- unauthorised office constructed at stilt floor has been demolished with JCB. First time JCB has been taken inside in stilts.

- ⁠S-24/1 - unauthorised beauty parlour in the name of POONAM at basement and PG at upper floors with 25 nos rooms were sealed.

- ⁠S-24/3 - Drawing room constructed at stilt floor and covered rear setback has been sealed

- ⁠S-24/4- unauthorised 6 nos servant quaters and a leisure room sealed.

- ⁠⁠S-24/5- unauthorised 5 nos servant quaters sealed.

- ⁠S-25/1 - boutique constructed at stilt floor
demolished, shed constructed at rear setback demolished with JCB. 6 nos servant quaters at stilt floor and 3 nos quaters at terrace floor sealed. Unauthorised entry ramps have been demolished.

S-25/8 - 5 nos servant quarters in setback and INTERIOR DESIGNER OFFICE in stilts has been sealed.

- ⁠S-24/9- unauthorised PG on 4 floors - it has 18 nos or room on each floor and total 72 nos rooms have been sealed.

Apart from above , RIGHT OF WAY enchroachment removal drive was also carried out. Wherein ,
- ⁠grills encroaching in ROW infront of 2 nos plots, 4 nos of guards room have been demolished clearing the ROW

Administration failed miserably in controlling these heaps of garbage ,debris and wet garbage inspite of huge fund allocation for this purpose.

Cleaning staff were caught throwing garbage on railway tracks from a running train.

When asked why, the reply was: “We don’t have plastic bags to collect waste.”

Swachh Bharat cannot run on slogans while garbage is dumped from trains.
