@airindiain I been trying to book from 5pm to right now 11:45pm. Myself my brother and cousin all tried and nothing worked. Twice we were able to select the pricing filled in details just before payment it error out and threw us out. Not sure what else to do

@HardeepSPuri I'm a India citizen with my family in US. I'm here for last 4 mnths. Trying to book flights thru Air India extremely difficult to get booking. Previously confirmed ticket was cancelled flight & AI portal not functional properly. Phase 1,Phase 2&2b not getting tickets. Need help

Air India's VBM booking is so horrible websites not functional & in 10mnts tickets sold out. Previously booked flights where cancelled & had to comeback from Airport

@airindiain This is really a waste of time. The Del to Chicago flight for 5th is sold out. Your website is extremely slow many people not able to book the tickets. I'm not sure why is it so hard a process to book flight tickets. And it was only open 10mnts before it was sold out. Frustrating
