I bought a Tata Tigor EV in 2022. It has clocked 36,000 km so far.
In just 4 years of ownership, the car has been towed 5 times — 3 times in the last 6 months alone — all due to the same major battery issue.

The accelerator suddenly stops responding, the dashboard goes completely haywire, and the vehicle becomes undrivable.
Each time, the car has spent nearly a month at the service centre. Yet there seems to be no permanent solution.

Extremely disappointed with the reliability and support. On top of that, there is practically no resale value for EVs in the current market.
Requesting @TataMotors_Cars to urgently address this issue and provide a lasting resolution.

@JapanAmbIndia We went there back in May.. and we didn’t know what to get.. they were kind enough to explain very patiently and even gave us a complimentary dessert as it was our first time there.. amazing people.. ps if you can’t get reservation then try walk-in on a weekday afternoon
