@agodaindia@agoda Hilton garden inn Samarkand afrosiyob booked vide booking id 1338371317, from 13/08/2024 to 15/08/2024. When I opted for cashback, i found my booking showing canceled on September 2025, which is one month post my booking date and I am not eligible for cashback.

Though when I booked, i found if cashback is considered then the amount is lesser than other hotel booking site. I communicated with Agoda customer care with all documents; they replied I have booked offline from hotel, I'm not eligible for cashback. @agoda@agodaindia
I didn't received any communication from your end till 15th April,2021. I waited for the same as I received attached communication from @flipkartsupport@Flipkart . Now I have to move legally for the said issue. @_Kalyan_K
@Flipkart@flipkartsupport fraudulently cancelled my flight ticket booking id FF21030813610447 on 10/04/2021. Booked ticket on 08/03/21 roundtrip Mumbai to Kolkata @flyspicejet pnr XIJPSH dated 09/04/2021 and @AirAsiaIndian dated 18/04/2021, pnr no not provided till 10/04/2021.
@flipkartsupport@Flipkart no solution till date. Due to technical issue at @Flipkart end customer has to suffer and @flipkartsupport team not even bother about that and not interested to provide any support. @_Kalyan_K please look into it, it is a serious service issue.
