@HDFCERGOGIC Alias cheating.They can't even look at the documents they don't know how to read .they interpret things in their own way.I got my claim declined without any proper reason.when asking questions customer care people just putting call on hold for 10min and end the call

@HDFCERGOGIC pathetic customer service and the senior customer care executive can't help us never take insurance from this company they are just cheating customer never attend calls from HDFC. Asking to take insurance especially HDFC credit card holders...

@HDFCERGOGIC Claims department can't even see what doctors wrote on the documents.......they don't know the difference between diagnosed and symptoms. They claim every thing under pre existing disease
