@flipkartsupport @Flipkart need urgent help with a Jeeves Complete Appliance Protection claim for my Samsung refrigerator purchased from Flipkart.
I raised the claim on 13 Aug 2026 (Claim ID: CLAFLK639735578815123), but after 8 days, my refrigerator is still not repaired.

[Banni Praneeth @praneeth_banni]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart This is not an acceptable way to handle a paid protection plan.
I request @flipkartsupport to intervene immediately, arrange an actual technician visit, and resolve the refrigerator issue under my protection plan.

[Banni Praneeth @praneeth_banni]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart Jeeves support also told me that the technician had allegedly tried to contact me. I received no such call.
When I disputed this, the representative acknowledged that the remark was incorrect and said the ticket would be raised again.

[Banni Praneeth @praneeth_banni]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Jeeves support. Every time, I am told the issue will be resolved within another 48 hours.
It has now been 8 days since I raised the claim, yet there has been no inspection, repair, or meaningful assistance.

[Banni Praneeth @praneeth_banni]

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart On 13 Aug, the assigned technician called me and asked me to postpone the visit to 14 Aug, saying he was unavailable that day and would visit the next morning.
I agreed and remained available. However, no technician visited on 14 Aug and I received no further call from him.

Yes hindi is the most spoken language in India but it is not the only language in India. There are many more languages like telugu, tamil, kannada, malayalam etc who are also interested in mobiles and technologies.
Pls remember

[Virat Kohli @imVkohli]
