A patient getting famous supplement for Grade 1 Fatty liver with out any Base line increase in SGPT.

देश में Indian Space Research Organisation की तरह एक Indian Pharmaceutical Research Organisation भी होनी चाहिए, जो दवाइयों के रिसर्च, उत्पादन और गुणवत्ता पर नियंत्रण रखे।

यह organisation पूरी तरह Government-controlled autonomous technical organisation हो, जिसमें bureaucratic interference न हो।

सरकार manufacturing plants लगाने के लिए इन्हें देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में ज़मीन उपलब्ध कराए।

गुणवत्ता के सभी मानकों (जैसे WHO-GMP, USFDA, ISO) को पूरा करते हुए ये दवाइयाँ बनाएँगी और साथ ही रिसर्च पर भी काम करें ।

सभी सरकारी अस्पतालों में सिर्फ इसी organisation के प्लांटों में बनाई गई दवाइयों की सप्लाई हो।
अगर कोई ऐसी दवा है जो ये नहीं बनाएँगी, तो केवल उन्हीं दवाइयों की ख़रीद tender प्रक्रिया से हो।

सरकार अभी भी काफ़ी खर्च करती है दवाइयों की ख़रीद पर, वह सारा खर्च इसी organisation पर करे।

Private hospitals को भी छूट हो कि वे इनसे दवाइयाँ खरीदें।

बिहार में संविदा पर कार्यरत MBBS डॉक्टरों को ₹65,000 प्रति माह और द्वितीय मेडिकल ऑफिसर (2nd MO) को ₹60,000 प्रति माह वेतन दिया जा रहा है, जबकि हमारे पड़ोसी राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश में समान पद और जिम्मेदारियों के लिए ₹1,00,000 प्रति माह का वेतन मिलता है।
MBBS डॉक्टर बिहार के स्वास्थ्य सेवा तंत्र की रीढ़ हैं, विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण और पिछड़े क्षेत्रों में।
वेतन का उचित और समय पर पुनरीक्षण अत्यंत आवश्यक है ताकि डॉक्टरों का मनोबल बढ़े, योग्य प्रतिभाओं को बनाए रखा जा सके और उच्च वेतन देने वाले राज्यों की ओर पलायन को रोका जा सके।

Doctors who have ever given CPR alone, even for 5 minutes in hospital will never complain about the techniques and protocols followed by a lone fellow at public place.
All the people pointing out mistakes in CPR performed at public places probably have never given an actual CPR.

I asked for remuneration of 4000 rupees for three hours.

They asked me for free service, to which i denied

I reverted saying that you will be paying pandal services, food catering services and public announcement system.

The organiser smiled and didn’t answered my query

It seems Neuropathic symptoms and needs medication for that along with vit b12.

It will resolve in due course.

Steroid is just dhaniya for Bams and quacks.
