बीजेपी की आँधी में भी एकदम ध्रुवीकृत बिस्फी में बीजेपी विधायक की हार हुई। क्या वहाँ महिलाओं के खाते में 10000 भी नहीं पहुँचे? नहीं। क्योंकि इस बार वहां मेरे जैसा तीसरा लोकप्रिय उम्मीदवार नहीं था जिसको मिलने वाला खूब सारा न्यूट्रल हिन्दू-मुसलमान वोट EVM में 2020 की तरह उसके नाम ट्रांसफ़र हो पाता। उस साल राजद की आँधी थी और उसका एक क़द्दावर नेता अपने गढ़ बिस्फी में हार गया। उस साल भी बिस्फी में दरभंगा की तरह ही मेरे स्वजनों के वोट भी बीजेपी कैंडिडेट के खाते में ट्रांसफ़र करा लिये गए थे। मुख्य विपक्षी दल/गठबंधन से इतर किसी एक तीसरे लोकप्रिय उम्मीदवार/दल के अधिकतम वोट को अपने नाम कर लेने की यह रहस्यमयी तकनीक है। तब मैं सबूत रहते हुए भी खून का घूँट पी कर रह गई थी। इस बार इन्होंने मेरे घर में ही वोटों की डकैती की है। दुस्साहस है या बाहरी व्यक्ति में जानकारी का अभाव कि दरभंगा मेरा होमटाउन है जहां मेरे हज़ारों नाते-रिश्तेदार रहते हैं? जो भी हो, इस बार EVM से वोट चुराने का पूरा पोल मैं खोल कर रख दूँगी। इस बार इन लोगों से चूक हो गई है। #EVM

प्रिय देशवासियों,
EVM लोकतंत्र के लिए समस्या बना दिया गया है। यह मैं इसलिए नहीं कह रही कि मैं हार गई, या भावुक हो गई या मुझे सदमा लगा है। यह सब ट्रोल की भाषा है। देखिए, मैं विश्वप्रतिष्ठित संस्थानों से पढ़ी हूँ। राजनीति और चुनाव पर बढ़िया रिसर्च किया है, विशिष्टता रही है। राजनीति को क़रीब से देखा है। खूब अनुभव रहा है। परिवार में ही 13 चुनाव देखे हैं।आज भी परिवार में एक व्यक्ति चुनाव जीते हैं। पर मैंने अपनी पार्टी बनाई और दो चुनाव लड़े हैं। मैं अपने पूरे ज्ञान और राजनीतिक अनुभव से पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी से कह रही हूँ कि EVM में वोट मैनिपुलेट हो रहे हैं। साल 2020 में भी मेरे पास बूथवार सबूत थे और आज तो खूब सारे जमा किए हैं। अब चूँकि मतदान-प्रणाली ही गुप्त मतदान पर आधारित है, इसलिए इसे न्यायालय में सिद्ध नहीं किया जा सकता। इसका फ़ैसला राजनीतिक तरीक़े से जनता की अदालत में ही होगा - जैसे भी हो, जब भी हो, जिस रणनीति से हो।

यह EVM मैनिपुलेशन कैसे होता है यह गंभीर शोध का विषय है पर यह होता है इसमें आप कोई संदेह मत रखिए। हाँ, मेरे अनुभव से, तरीक़ा यह है कि मुख्य विपक्षी दल/गठबंधन के उम्मीदवार अर्थात् पेपर पर नंबर दो के वोट को टच नहीं किया जाता। इसका उपयोग किसी नये दल के लोकप्रिय उम्मीदवार पर किया जाता है। और यह एक सीट पर एक उम्मीदवार के साथ ही संभव होता है। इसलिए जहां दो नये लोकप्रिय उम्मीदवार हों वहां एक का ही वोट बुरी तरह प्रभावित होगा। दूसरे का या अन्य निर्दलीय इत्यादि का यथावत रहेगा। इसलिए अन्य सीटों पर या दूसरे राज्यों या अन्य चुनावों में अगर मुख्य विपक्षी जीत रहा है तो आश्चर्य नहीं होना चाहिए। ख़तरे में सिर्फ तीसरा पक्ष रहेगा। पहले नैरेटिव बनाया जाएगा कि ये सब हवा-हवाई हैं, अप्रासंगिक हैं, बस सोशल मीडिया पर हैं, इत्यादि-इत्यादि ताकि चुपके से उनका वोट चुरा भी लिया जाए तो नैरेटिव यही रहे कि हाँ इनकी ज़मीनी पकड़ तो थी नहीं! या मेरे मामले में कि ये तो लंदन से आई हैं इत्यादि इत्यादि। या ट्रोलों और मीम से आपको डिस्क्रेडिट किया जाए। और इधर अपने वोटरों को लगने लगता है कि हाँ मैंने तो वोट किया पर सामने वालों ने नहीं किया होगा। पर अगर आपने वोट की गिनती की है, हर बूथ पर अंदर और बाहर आपके एजेंट हों तो आपको अच्छे से पता होता है कि 100-200 वोट 2-5 में नहीं बदल सकते। या आपके घर के वोट ग़ायब नहीं हो सकते या धुर-विरोधी बूथ पर सत्ताधारी दल को बंपर वोट कैसे मिले? ये सब आपका वोट होता है।

इसलिए नई राजनीति करने वालों के लिए रास्ता कठिन है। इस दौर की लड़ाई को बहुत धीरज और होशियारी से लड़ना होगा। मैं इसके लिए तैयार हूँ। राजनीति से नैतिकता आदि तो कब का जा चुकी थी, अब फ़्रॉड, ठग और किसी क़ीमत पर जीत लेने की राजनीति है। इससे डटकर दिमाग़ी मजबूती से मुक़ाबला करना होगा, हमें भी और आप सभी जनता को भी।

मैं पराजित हुई हूँ, समाप्त नहीं हुई हूँ। बस अब साम-दाम-दंड-भेद की राजनीति में रणनीति बदलने की ज़रूरत होगी। मेरे पार्टी समर्थक और कार्यकर्ता हतोत्साहित न हों, हम वापसी करेंगे। आप सबलोग सपरिवार खुश रहें।
