I never expected such poor service from @HavellsIndia and @LloydIndia.
My washing machine has been lying non-functional for over 7 weeks — and the service experience has been unbelievably frustrating. 🧵

Then on 16 Oct, I suddenly saw the status updated as “Work Done.”
But no one visited, no part was replaced, nothing fixed!
How can a job be closed without the work even being done? 😡
