Tried both, and it’s not even a close matchup anymore. @just_snabbit completely blows @withpronto out.
Whether it's the quality or their customer support team-Snabbit is just far better.

@withpronto very bad experience. Lack of staff but bookings taken and let the customers wait for the assigned staff.
My professional waiting at some other address even though the exact location and address being mapped on the app. No customer service support. No calls pick up.

Deeply disappointed with @withpronto. Booking for 6 PM today had no pro assigned until 6:30PM, and they showed up at 7 PM when we were no longer free. Despite asking Niket Nandan to reschedule for Friday, the team cancelled it instead. Is this your standard for service? 👎
