@airindiain It's time your loyalty portal gets upgraded too. I have FF accounts with many different airlines, no one asks for a passport copy to update the registered phone number even after using OTP sent to the registered email address when you use the forgot password option.

@DoorDash one of the main items was missing from my order. But when I tried to contact support, there wasn't even an option to chat with an actual support person. What's the point of having the support section if it does not even allow your customers to reach the team?
