@Mahindra_Auto booked a Xuv 3XO ax7 on 23 May! I was told 4 weeks delivery! Your sales team in Chennai Nelson Manikam road @mm motors is the most pathetic one ever! I cab even reach Mr Anand Mahindra but not mr Kishore for status! #horribleexperience#mahindrasales

@anishshah21 Constant response is, will check and revert! That response also is given only if i try for 3-4 days! Why do you make your customers beg for a response?
@Mahindra_Auto - booked a car in the 3rd week of May. Yet to get car. No transparency from dealer (NM Road chennai). I was committed on delivery by 15/6. Car hasn’t been dispatched. It’s a struggle getting any response, status. Pathetic agility by sales! Worst customer service.
Looping in @anishshah21 for escalation! Sales team hardly picks up calls! I have to Send a person to showroom to get a response on status! There is no ownership, integrity in living up to commitments! Horrible customer experience
@anishshah21 sir! Guess you are the top executive in Mahindra. I registered a XUV AX7 3XO in May (~ 22nd) at Chennai (Nelson Manikam road). I’m extremely disappointed with the responsiveness.

@IndiGo6E I have shared it with atleast 10 of your colleagues! On dm, on mail etc. it’s a policy level decision on how much you are deducting, not on medical waiver! I’m not resending any documents! Tired of sending again and again. Stop harassing
@MoCA_GoI Kindly review these inhuman and unfair practices followed by @IndiGo6E. I had to cancel my travel more than a week before the date for medical reasons. I requested them to waive off my cancellation after submitting so many medical docs from doctor.. to be continued
They know more than my doctor and rejected the request. Cancellation charges are 9k plus for a 12k flight ticket that I don’t travel. This was a genuine medical reason. They should have refunded atleast 60%. Extremely unfair @IndiGo6E @@MoCA_GoI@DGCAIndia
