If zomato is not responsible for wrong order, which ordered in zomato app and delivered by zomato partner, then who is responsible?

Zomato will add extra cost on original price of the product, which means resale.
So zomato should take responsibility

What u can't verify.. I already shared a clear image.. if u need proper verification u should have replied on zomato support itself which is available on app. So that u can ask one of ur delivery partner to verify

I immediately raised a complaint and shared clear, high-quality photos. Instead of resolving the issue, your team asked me to email. After several hours, they replied asking me to send "clear images" again even though the photos are clear
