@WesternRly @RailMinIndia it's been a regular feature now. On western track in Mumbaj, going towards Borivali from Andheri, trains are always delayed by 15-20mins, for unknow reason. Nobody cares for people's time and emergency. @AshwiniVaishnaw

Train no 01020 expected to start at 4pm from Madgaon, Goa, rescheduled to 7pm and still to start from Madgaon. No announcements at platform stating the reason for delay. People are taken for granted.@KonkanRailway @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia

From last one hour train is sidelined for crossing purpose and not even crossed second station from Source point. According to this logic passengers travelling in holiday special trains have done crime.

Why is it so that Western Railway trains are always delayed by 10-20mins between Andheri and Borivali? Who is accountable for this? Or travelers are taken for granted as nobody is complaining.

Ridiculous @KonkanRailway. If you can't manage the traffic on route atleast don't announce extra trains. Passengers are taken for ride. This is our Viksit Bharat.

@IRCTCofficial @irctc_app I've a booking of train no 01019 scheduled at 00:50am, still no updates at CSMT station. Even at enquiry we are not getting proper feedback. Kindly have courtesy to keep informed about delays, if any, to passengers.
