Its been 3 days that @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio internet is down. Raising complaints again and again for continuous 3 days. No one is looking into this. Request keep on getting cancelled or marked as complete without any resolution.

We do need privatization in this sector as well and throw off this government service.

@MSEDCL this is 7th day consecutive we are facing power failure for few houses exactly at 7 in morning and it comes back in evening at Pimple Saudagar - Rahatani area. Complaints are not taken seriously and this practice is remaining constant. We are paying our bills on time.

@MSEDCL and still we are getting the worst service. Registering complaints are seeing useless as no actions are taken. And after 8 9 hrs of power failure customer care calls to ask for how service was delivered. No actions are taken but feedback calls are taken immediately.

It happens for few houses only on every Thursday, it makes clear that this is done deliberately. Seriously we are fed up with your service.
