Midday Review:
$SPX
Earlier I took long calls above our trigger but got stopped out for a small loss. I stayed patient and later caught the 7695 puts below our DT1 (7708) trigger, putting me slightly green on the day.
Both calls and puts have been difficult to trade today, so staying on the sidelines has also been a good decision. Thursdays are usually my best trading days, but this one has been an exception.
One thing I noticed: despite decent IV this morning, SPX has been grinding lower very slowly. That's likely because dealer hedging and balanced order flow have kept volatility contained instead of allowing a sharp selloff.
@spacemnke ๐ฅ๐ฅ letโs go broโฆ ๐ If I am selected, thatโs going to bring a big change in my life. I know what I am going to learn from you. ๐ค๐ค
I started with $6,000 in college.
Turned it into $1 million in 3 years.
The grind was exhausting.
The losses were brutal.
But I didn't quit.
Now I'm worth multiple 8 figures after 15+ years.
It's possible.
You just have to start.
๐ Donโt just trade like everyone elseโฆ
