@TRAI do you have any policy against such behavior of operator. No clear peocess of disconnect wifi service and they generating bill without usage.
I am struggling from last 1week . @SunilBhartiMitl Could you please intervene and ask your team to resolve it & disconnect my wifi

@PMCPune I am resident of “Satyam Rajyog Dhanori PUNE near kamal lawn”. No pmc water supply to my society even if water pipeline connection is present within 200meter.Its a big society and everyone paying property tax but no service from PMC.Kindly look in to it on urgent basis

@HardeepSPuri Kindly look in to it and improve customer experience. AirIndia holding Lakhs of rupees of customers for a long duration. It's already 2month I cancelled ticket and no refund yet.

I want to highlight one major concern about 2tier AC side seat issue.
Side L/U seat has less width,no charging point,cooling issue as compare to Lower/Upper seat.Person allocated with side seat is really cheated. My PNR-6230638027,A1,Train-12146
