@reliancejio Hi @JioCare @AmbaniTina @reliancejio I have scheduled for relocation of my jio fiber and i already paid for 6 month on connection and and 2months was over. There is no feasibility in new connection. So i need my ammount refund -but disconnection team refusing 2 provide refund.

@JioCare I want refund for 4month remaining ammount i paid for connection. Without using it why my ammount is not been refunded. Cheating customer with solgam if service not good, your ammount will be refunded. Security deposit only for device you installed.I want refund on my unused bill
