@SauravK29942730 @NorbertElekes I can give you a picture of engineering colleges in my state. In T.N, hardly 10 eng. colleges are autonomous. Rest of the eng. colleges come under the state's university. Many of these colleges lack infrastructure. So is the central govt responsible for this?
