@_Kalyan_K Give plenty of 2nd chances to Flipkart, but Iam not a saint and have my limits. Plenty of false commitments without any resolution and no tracking details even after 13 days of purchase.All hopes lost, request to stop this process and refund my hard earned money asap.

@flipkartsupport 45 min worthless discussion with customer care exe shrutika bt outcome is big zero.Even she has no idea abt status of product n was very rude. every1 I followed up in #flipkart only give new delivery date, first 4th then 5th now saying they will try by 10th but saying nt sure
