I have been working in the field of Cancer Research and I have access to some of the Top Cancer Research Professionals in the world, I sent the article of @TOIIndiaNews to a few of them and one of them said:

“If wearing clothes is a risk for cancer then the highest level of risk would be for the women who wear Burqa, Scientifically Black Colour absorbs highest levels of UV rays from the atmosphere so applying the same logic BURQA wearing women are at higher risk of getting Cancer”.
