@ACKOSupport Thanks for the refund. However it took almost 3 months in this and on app issue was raised but this was never resolved. Coming on twitter solved this. There is improvement needed in your support.

@ACKOIndia You r a new insurance company in India and you are cheating customer.i by mistake took bike insurance with wrong registration number and trying to cancel it for refund but your team is not doing it. Registratn card is not checked while giving insurance. Stop cheating

@VidalHealthcare This is the worst ever company in terms of giving reimbursement. Even after 3 months a claim number is not generated and ticket is closed. Ticket number 202201101012053. Not sure how companies have tied up with such a worst company who does not give reimbursemnt
