What I want my kids to learn besides academic and sports:
1. Conflict management....
2. Handling difficult and complex situations....
3. Not to get panic under any circumstances....
4. Analytical and critical thinking
5. Managing body, mind and emotions....

IMO, the entire controversy over the white paint in a Mumbai housing society by a Jain family, which was later opposed by a fellow resident, is the result of an attention hungry social media influencer for engagement farming.
He made a mountain out of a molehill.
It wasn’t hurting anyone’s sentiments. It was simply the ego of one person who opposed and removed the paint which was laid to protect the saints’ feet 👣.
I support the Jain family in this matter.
For some people, chaos feels exciting.
If you grew up around inconsistency,
calm doesn’t feel safe.
It feels unfamiliar.
A regulated life can feel boring
to a dysregulated nervous system.
So when life becomes steady,
the mind starts searching for something.
Overthinking.
Doubt.
Picking fights.
Creating problems.
Unconsciously you return to what feels known.
Peace can feel empty when you are used to stimulation.
Stability can feel uncomfortable
when unpredictability was home.
But what feels normal is not always what is good for you.

Google which is cash surplus, just announced an additional capital raise of $80 bn.
Google annual profit is $160 bn, last quarter $62 bn, and market cap $4.5 trillion. That is close to total profits and market cap of all Indian listed companies put together.
It’s a wake up call to all companies to invest into the future, whatever the present maybe.
Now that IPL is done and dusted, time for India to focus on business of business.
A child who fears mistakes stops exploring, trying, and growing.
Adults are the same.
They have learned to see mistakes as proof of inadequacy instead of part of learning.
But growth has a price:
awkward beginnings,
failed attempts, and lessons learned the hard way.
The people who grow the most are not the ones who avoid mistakes.
They are the ones who survive them and keep going.

Whenever I come to the railway station, I hire a coolie. This does not mean I can’t carry my luggage, but rather that I don’t want to take away his work and make him unemployed.
The objective is to support the marginalized who want to work hard and earn their way out.

A young monk once asked his master,
“How do I deal with difficult people without losing my peace?”
The master pointed toward a mosquito sitting on a paper wall lantern.
The young monk slapped at it immediately.
The lantern tore.
The mosquito escaped.
The master smiled and said,
“You were so focused on destroying the problem that you damaged what was holding the light.
In life, the challenge is not always the problem itself.
The challenge is responding without harming your own mind, relationships, or future.
A sword is useful.
But not every situation should be met with a sword."
...........
Not every problem is solved by force.
Some situations punish overreaction.
The harder you strike, the more damage you create for yourself.
Real maturity is the ability to stay calm when your instincts want chaos.
To respond carefully when emotions demand immediate action.
Anyone can react.
Very few can regulate themselves.
Sometimes strength means fighting hard.
But sometimes strength means holding your hand steady enough not to hurt yourself while solving the problem.
