I travelled from New Delhi to Israel on 08th Mar via Etihad. One of my bag was badly damaged by the airlines. I raised the claim at the airport also sent feedback to the airlines. I didn't receive any answer till now despite several reminders.

@etihad doesn't have any responsibility towards the customers. Not bothered to look into the matter and resolve it.

For example I ordered Thai ginger assuming normal ginger. Now when it is delivered and I checked I don't need it so I want to return it. They are not accepting it now. Worse services

#BakulFresh pathetic services. They don't have return policy. Don't order anything if look for return anything order incorrect. They deliver what you order and forget. Doesn't care if it is incorrect.

I booked my to and from Air India flights to India from Israel on 26 Jan 2020 for my travel in April 2020 from your application.
Due to COVID outbreak the flights were cancelled. I was informed that I can't cancel and get a refund but I can reschedule them.
