If you can’t deliver it on time, please be transparent instead of changing the ETA every day.

@flipkartsupport If the solution was simply going to come through a bot asking me to follow same generic steps, why would I post this publicly in the first place?
I’ve already tried the usual ways and received nothing but repeated assurances while the delivery date keeps getting pushed by a day.
