There is an American tech YouTuber called Jerry Rigs Everything. Most of his videos are about him taking apart devices, understanding how they work etc.
He has 10.2 million subscribers
In 2005 his wife had a horse riding accident as a result of which she was paralyzed waist down. She now required a wheel chair to move about
All high quality outdoor wheelchairs that he tested costed upwards of $20,000
Considering he was a tech Youtuber with some fame he could have simply called one company to get one for free.
He didn't do that
Like he does on his channel, he took apart a wheelchair, understood its components and then built one on his own
He then decided to sell them in public for $999. He called it the Paradox
Thanks to him, most of us can have access to high mobility, all terrain wheelchairs.
This is what tech Youtubers abroad do. They actually make a difference
Meanwhile Our guys haven't yet gone past, "Arre Bhai, Yeh dekho Apple ka agla amazing phone, Isme aapko milta hai 3 camera aur ek screen. See how I am drooling on this packaging and colour" with some pathetically click baity thumbnails
We need to talk about this uncomfortable travel truth.
The way some perfectly mobile Indian travellers use wheelchair assistance at airports needs to be talked about.
Seen at Paris airport today.

Rofl that both OpenAI and Asana management believed that it would take FIVE years to migrate Enzyme to React Testing Library. What amusing BS!
I imagine it went like this:
Manager: “How long will it take? Give me SOMETHING”
Dev (annoyed): “FIVE YEARS OK?? Now leave me alone.”
🚨Razorpay launches AI foundation model with NVIDIA, AWS for payment routing, fraud detection
Razorpay says it reported an 8-10% improvement in payment success rates, eight times more international card fraud detected and stopped, and five times more fraudulent or disputed transactions identified without an increase in alerts.
It also said 40% more shoppers saw their preferred UPI app on Razorpay Magic Checkout, helping complete 1-2 lakh additional purchases a month.
Co-founder @harshilmathur said the model can identify patterns such as a particular bank performing poorly for certain cards or transactions at specific times, and use those signals to improve routing. It can also recommend which saved payment instrument is more likely to work for a customer

#CashlessConsumer#Security Investigation.
@RBI created .bank.in so you could trust your bank's website.
@IDRBT security policy claimed the domain registrar was "audited." Reality: 0 auth on any endpoint, data leaks
Built without tender. Detailed report https://t.co/F0euEH1spb
Yesterday was one of the most hectic days of my life while travelling.
It took us 18 hours to reach Munnar. We got stuck in Annamalai National Park for eight hours on a 10 km stretch.
We were supposed to reach Munnar by 4 pm but arrived around 1:30 a.m.
We almost ran out of fuel, there was no network in the national park, and our family was worried about us. As girls, we struggled to find a washroom for 8-10 hours.
We all say that India is not using the full potential of its tourism, but do we have that kind of infrastructure? One long weekend and every tourist place gets packed.
This is either brilliant or scary:
Anthropic accidentally leaked the TS source code of Claude Code (which is closed source). Repos sharing the source are taken down with DMCA.
BUT this repo rewrote the code using Python, and so it violates no copyright & cannot be taken down!
I love @Heptabase so much that I started worrying about their funding and sustainability! And then found this post - https://t.co/5lzblcRbBF
That's quite comforting to know!
