I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my missing baggage on ZB 1004 from Istanbul to Tirana on 12 May 2025 . Despite following all procedures and waiting patiently, my checked baggage did not arrive at the destination. This has caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to my travel plans.

I filed a lost baggage report at the airport, but I have yet to receive any meaningful updates. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I entrusted your airline with my personal belongings, and I now find myself without essential items.
