Really a pathetic experience with Newme for pick up of my item. I initiated a return pickup 10 days back still my time has not been picked and delivery guy just fooled by asking otp and said he will pick up next day and it has been 1 week.

It has been 20 days since i order medicine and expected delivery date was 10thmarch and today even after 20 days I didn't received any call from delivery agents. I literally wants to know overall update

Who has given the right to update such false information on my behalf? This is a clear misuse of customer rights and identity, which is actionable under Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Fraudulent Use of My Rights as a Customer:
Your system is showing "Delivery attempt and Rescheduled as per customer interaction", which is a false and fabricated update.I have not received a single call from any delivery person.
