Despite tea being a staple drink in our country, there is surprisingly little awareness about it. During my podcast conversation with Rohan Sirohia, I had several awe-inspiring moments. I highly recommend this episode to everyone who considers themselves a “Tea Person” like me.

Building a team for the next 1000 crores might mean letting go of some who were instrumental in the first 100. Recognize the need for new skills and foster an environment where growth and adaptation are celebrated. 🚀🌟

I don't take client meetings much these days; but when I do, I always make sure to get the most information out of it.

Usually, hotel owners have hotels as their secondary source of income. Recently, when I had the opportunity to interact with some hotel owners through a few meetings, I once again got validation on how this industry has a lot more to see in terms of both revenue and growth. From geopolitics to aviation to medical fields, the new age hotel owners belong to all kinds of professions because this is where the growth and money of new India lies.

In conclusion, the diversity of backgrounds among today's hotel owners reflects the multifaceted nature of the hospitality industry and its potential for substantial revenue and growth.
