That one day of test cricket is something I always use as a means to visualise a comeback when stuck in a bad situation.

If they can come back and win a Test series from being 274 behind on an innings lead (trailing 0-1), so can we. We need to visualise ourselves to cut out cobwebs of doubt clouding the mind and go free when life offers a second innings.

1 day of Test match cricket, but it provided hope to those who look to sport to find inspiration in normal daily lives.
