My concerns, repeatedly communicated in writing, related to transparency, evolving transaction/payment expectations, and inconsistencies in how the payment flow was represented to me by your team. I fully trusted their advise. I request that the full factual record be reviewed carefully instead of repeatedly reducing the matter to incorrect assumptions.

This kind of service will drive people away from the platform. The very problem of 'brokerage' is resurfacing in different forms.

My refund request has been refused on the incorrect basis that I am withdrawing for “personal reasons.” I have clearly stated that my decision arose from process concerns: changing payment expectations from seller, loan-closure uncertainty, successfully urging me to sign up for legal services for Rs.78000, Rs ₹2,00,000 token amount being tied to seller-side obligations before closure, ignoring my messages to not start the legal services and no refund policy being shared upfront at the time of payment. Even street brokers dont ask for commission before the closure of deal. This is very much against the essence of "NoBroker" platform. Requesting a fair review and refund resolution.
