This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration to me and my family, I believe it is only fair to seek a resolution that meets my expectations as a loyal Volkswagen customer.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of service and support provided thus far.
As a solution to this ongoing ordeal, I kindly request that my vehicle be replaced with a new car or that I be provided with complete compensation for the vehicle.
Despite multiple visits and inquiries, I have received only partial replies and inadequate notifications regarding the status of my vehicle.
This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, especially considering the premium I have paid for a Volkswagen vehicle.
Furthermore, the inconvenience caused by this recurring problem has been exacerbated by the extended period my car has been stationed in the showroom – over 22 days now.
As outlined in my previous emails, I have diligently reported the premature wear of the clutch plate, both during the purchase process and subsequent service visits. Despite assurances from your technicians and the replacement of parts, the problem persists.
