@UnionBankTweets I want to break one of my FDs thru internt banking, but list of FDs are not showing up on the Deposit Closure page. Even wrote a mail to [email protected], almost 15 days back, along with the screenshots, but no reply or solution. Wat shud I do now ?
@UnionBankTweets Yes, all the FDs were opened thru mobile banking, but mobile banking has stopped working on my mobile. So, I am trying to break the FD thru internt banking, but the list is not showing up.
@UnionBankTweets Such a pathetic service from Union bank of india, Swaroop nagar, kanpur branch. I have trying to update my email id to access the internet banking from couple of years. Visited personally to branch and even sent multiple emails, but till date no update. .

Till now mobile banking was working fine, but that also stopped due to reasons best known to the bank. I dont know whom to contact to get my issue resolved. But once its done, I will be closing all my FDs and withdraw all the money and close the account.
