1. When I had given my device to samsung service center (HiTech Services) they had told me that since the front screen is not functional there is no way to get data backup .. cont....
They will reset the phone which I have told them not to do) ... This shows the lack of customer interest or concern for customer data and information security

@SamsungIndia you just lost a customer who shifted from @Apple .... 4 months in and Z Flip6 screen stops responding ... Service center hell bent on proving it as a physical damage case ... Thanks for great customer service .... Long way to go for you to match @Apple in service
