Agam My vehicle (number WB02AS9814) has an AC issue again. The AC is not working at all, and your service center informed me that they do not have the necessary gas, so repairs will take 10 days.

I request you to kindly look into this matter. When the AC was repaired for the same complaint last time, it was only attended to after nearly a month. Now I am being told it will take another 10 days, and I am concerned about how long this will actually take.

I also want to know why the AC gas is completely depleting in just two and a half months.
