@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been 5 days since we paid for the fibre connection and till now no one came to install it. We were promised that connection will be given same day and till now no one turned up. If you can’t resolve refund the amount , will look for better ISP.

@PanasonicIndia I raised a service request for AC on 8th of June and it will be attended on 18th.After a week the request was cancelled automatically and now I was told by your customer care that I should raise a new request again and wait for another 2 weeks!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence raised CLCNF3CHN20240807596722 for poor network 2 weeks back but without even looking into it the ticket was closed as resolved but am still experiencing poor network and almost every call is dropped. I DMed no reply @TRAI

@SMFGIndia , can you please stop spamming with your Robo calls for loan taken by someone! It’s been a frustrating 2 weeks with 10/20 calls per day. Calls hasn’t stopped inspite of raising it with your Customer care Case ID:16988872. @RBI

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Fibre is down the whole day and every 3 hours getting a message saying it will be fixed in another 3 hrs. Not sure whether anyone is even working on resolving it! Pathetic service!
