@DellCares My service tag number for my Dell newly purchased profeesional desktop is 4SYNR24 . My date of purchase is 20.06.2026. I should be getting a 3 years warranty . However the warranty is ending on an earlier date. Please help in updating the same with correct date.

@bsnl_care disgusting support from fraud service franchisee under kolkata telecom district of calcutta telephones. They dont provide receipt of money taken and dont return instrument taken for repairs . This is the condition of shibpur telephone exchange of Howrah

@DoT_India There is no escalation matrix for BSNL,particularly in kolkata . Service franchisee is cheating customers and local bsnl authorities under Kolkata Telecom District for Shibpur telephone exchange are helping them in running away with customer money .

@BSNL_KOTD My router taken by Service franchisee in Howrah under mullick fatak and surkikal exchange Howrah is not returned aftsr repairs even in warranty period. The local bsnl exchange people are also not helping me in this regard. I am not given the invoice by service franchis
