@IndiGo6E Twice Bluchips and Charges have been debited but PNR not issued and your customer care has not reply for it. I have to fly tomorrow but your customer care says to wait for 24hours. Utter non sense customer care support.
@ola_supports still no resolution, just one email about reminder to pay is not called a resolution. If you are not going to resolve the matter then I will leave invoice unpaid. You can take whatever action you deem fit.
@ola_supports you are sending the pending payment details again and asking me to pay again, after so many days that’s the resolution you can come up. Stop using bots and agents and puts humans with a functioning brain. Hope you have not forgotten other apps exist too.
One of the worst airport services at @DXB terminal 1. Wheelchair assistance dropped at the lounge and never returned back at all. No help provided by any airport staff. Seems like if one is not flying Emirates at Dubai then it’s a crime.

@Olacabs I have called and emailed for a support request but seems like there is no one handling support/grievance email itself. I am unable to book cab coz last ride shows unpaid despite paying in cash to the driver.
@zomato first you delay order and then charge cancellation penalty as well ? Gold member orders are also clubbed and then delayed and then charged cancellation penalty. Don’t understand this working. Aise hi profitable banaya hai kya company ko ?

@airindia if I am booking a multi-city journey but miss the first leg then why can’t I take other sectors ? This is beyond logic. There can be any reason to miss the first leg but continue from the second one.

@clubmahindra why do you have such pathetic customer care and sales people who lie about the membership ? It's also astonishing that a @anandmahindra group company with a tech giant sister concern can have so bad booking platform and a system full of glitches.
@clubmahindra@anandmahindra Sir the way @clubmahindra customer care operates I think it needs your intervention. The social media team calls me but they are not interested in listening to me and just want to tell me the policies and regulations. Infact they haven't even read the emails.
