@JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber experience has been terrible — joined Feb 2025, shifted in Mar, faced 2-week delay, 3 extra payments, false 48hr promises & still no old recharge after 100+ days. Please improve your service or stop selling. If backend needs 90 days.

And honestly, if your backend team really needs 90+ days to migrate 4 months of data and still fails, maybe it’s time to rethink your process or team.

It’s now 100+ days, and my old recharge is still missing.
Every time I call, I’m told it’ll be resolved in 48 hours, but the app shows a 30-day wait. When I question it, the only response is: “Please wait.”

I’ve had a horrible experience with Jio AirFiber.
I got my connection in Feb 2025, and in March 2025 I had to shift my router. The local distributor told me to contact customer care — but calls didn’t connect that day and there’s no clear “shift connection” option in the MyJio.

@nikitasmcsnes @Unstop Bro, they only gave me ₹2,500 out of ₹10,000 as a security refund because I didn't attend their useless aptitude classes. I'm doing an internship, and I've already submitted my offer letter, internship letter, and got approval from the HOD of my department. But still. 😂
