Been following all this drama for few weeks now.
I have tried to refrain away from it as it doesn’t involve me.
But it’s time to speak up.

Brands : Build the best possible products from their pov.
Tech Community: Voice out what the feel about few products that they decide to try from their pov.

It’s a pov,
Nothing personal.
If there is a conflict in opinion and if brands feel feel it’s not just and right the way a journalist or creator has put it out there ,
Best way is to pick up the phone and talk it out.
Not in court.

IMO that’s a better way.
Doing all this drama just drains energy.

Energy should be put in the right places.
Time is limited for all of us in this world.

Make positive impact with it.
Not negative.

What you're seeing in several posts where a brand pulls a content piece and sends notice to the creator isn't new! Yes, there are multiple such cases across the industry, and many among us have fought similar small battles.

Story time: I was made a party to a similar case a few years back, but back then, the brand I dealt with was reputable and understood the consequences of continuing the case. The brand reps handled it so maturely that it left neither party with a bad taste. The best part was that the brand immediately withdrew the legal letter within a few hours, and I continued doing what I do. End of story!

But what's concerning right now is how this is being done, and I don't think, as a professional covering this space for so many years, I can remain neutral.

What's wrong is wrong!

You might have noticed that one of my videos was removed.

Nxtquantum and Madhav Sheth have filed a legal case against me regarding that video. Because the case is active, I cannot discuss any details or what is happening in court. I am working with my lawyers to protect my rights and have challenged the court's order in the Hon’ble High Court. The Hon’ble High Court has stated that this matter needs a formal trial and has asked the other side to respond. A final decision will be made in time. For now, I am following all legal rules and working closely with my legal team.

I started this channel to provide honest reviews, and I have built my reputation on that. I will continue to defend my right to share my honest opinions. I won’t be saying anything more about this for now.
