Only when I asked for manager i was informed it is 705pm. I missed my flight because of this confusion.

Flight changed from 705 to 655pm and displayed as 655pm on the entry gate at Bangalore airport. Tithi at BLR airport didn’t inform that 655pm is for internal purpose while Subhankar later informed that actual is only 705 and none of them are aware of what is displayed

@gabitlife Customer service seems to be the least priority. Not sure if anyone is actually accountable for this product anymore. It’s been almost a month with no meaningful update and no replacement. Extremely disappointing experience.
