Terrible customer support (aka harassment), @myntra! I have now called Myntra support 6+ time for the EXACT SAME THING without a resolution. You incorrectly scheduled a pick up for the WRONG city even after me insisting to update it because your tech doesn't allow me to.

@MyntraSupport All folks from Myntra I've spoke to have been "concerned about the inconvenience that I've gone through". Nobody yet has a fix. Nobody can even share a commitment on if my current call will be my last call to @myntra for this issue.
