@Swiggy I ordered my food at Secunderabad Railway Station which came half an hour late and by that time the train had left. Your ‘AI bot’ had no solution for it and the agent also left us frustrated. Really bad customer experience and no resolution.

Security concern in 20494 (Chd to Madurai)
The door between unreserved and 2nd AC (A1) is open even at night. Mostly opened by the cleaning staff. Unruly elements enter causing security concerns.
Please look into this.

Boarded 22456 from Chd to Itarsi. Was supposed to reach around 9:30 AM today. Had booked 12722 from Itarsi for 11:55 AM. 22456 is running very very late and I’ll probably miss my connecting train. Will @RailwayNorthern or @IRCTCofficial provide any options? Had 5 tickets!

I don’t understand what kind of Customer service you guys are on about. My broadband is down for the third day now. I raised a request on Fri. Supposed to be resolved yesterday but nobody came and we’ve been w/o net for 3 days now. Any chance of resolution?
