Hello @AnilRaiGupta @havellsindia Complaint #21062652846873 (21 Jun) for a faulty fan under warranty was closed w/o resolution after the technician took the fan on 24 Jun. A follow-up complaint (#01072653182644) has been pending for 8 days. Pls help resolve this or return my fan.
