@bewakoof I appreciate the effort and intervention by Mr. Abhishek Kumar in moving this forward, the resolution came only after continuous follow-ups and delays.
As of now, the refund is in process and expected within 3–5 days. I will consider this fully resolved once the amount is 1/1
@bewakoof This is completely unacceptable. Either your teams are not aligned, or you are just misleading customers with false assurances.
Let me make it very clear — I received a wrong product. That is the only reason I’m chasing you continuously for a refund.

@Bewakoof Official this is getting ridiculous. Since 6 April I’ve been trying to return a wrong product. Multiple pickups failed due to your “QC failed” error. Today again the same issue. Your support says “we can’t do anything.”
