A ban on Telegram can point toward only two uncomfortable possibilities:

• Either the reports of NEET paper leaks circulating on Telegram were true.
OR
• The system failed so badly at preventing exam leaks that banning a platform became easier than fixing the breach itself.

In both cases, the real question remains the same:
Why are millions of students being forced to pay the price for institutional failure?

I find the banning of Telegram and the involvement of the Indian Air Force a bit extreme for conducting NEET

All of this hassle could have been avoided if the National Testing Agency had built/ invested in infrastructure to conduct the NEET as a Computer-based Test (CBT).

Telegram will be blocked in India till June 22 for NEET exam. This is a great move because it was Telegram which was responsible for paper setting and leaks. If still paper leaks, next option is to block Internet in India.
