Stop playing games with consumers, @OnePlus_IN@onepluscareIN! Your official software update completely hard-bricked my flagship OnePlus 12. First, a senior representative from your team called me and explicitly promised that my motherboard parts were "in transit" and it would be fixed in 3–4 days. Now, Senior Executive calls and emails me asking for even "more time" due to a parts scarcity. It has already been 3 weeks i.e. more than 3 times of your turn around time.
This is a flat-out lie and a blatant stall tactic when your own authorized Gola Road, Patna service center has already explicitly texted me on WhatsApp confirming the device CANNOT be repaired because parts do not exist anywhere in India.
I am a student whose exams and studies are being heavily disrupted by your destructive updates and constant delays. I have already filed a consumer case in the Consumer Court (Ref: 202605231121), where every single one of these shifting stories and service failures is fully documented.
I am not giving you any more timelines. Either issue a brand-new replacement phone / upgrade voucher immediately or STOP calling me with your "more time required" excuses. If you can't resolve it right now, don't contact me again—I will let the court handle this and dictate a full refund. #NeverSettleForBricks #OnePlusMotherboardCrisis @yabhishekhd@GyanTherapy@TrakinTech@trakinenglish@AmreliaRuhez@RishiAlwani@suchetadalal@jagograhakjago@explore_da@OnePlus_IN@onepluscareIN@OnePlus_Support
Stop blaming users! #OnePlus12 motherboard dead issue is a systemic brand failure, not user fault. Dozens of flagships are dying after official OxygenOS updates. Service centers are fabricating fake damage excuses to escape liability. @oneplus@OnePlus_IN@TamilTechOffici
@kuldeepsingh668 What is the use of providing 4 years of updates if their faulty software kills the weak hardware right after the warranty expires? This looks like planned obsolescence to force users into paying massive repair costs. OnePlus is deliberately cheating its loyal user base.
My OnePlus 12 suddenly switched off while I was using and now it’s completely dead. No charging sign, no response at all.
I cannot afford an expensive repair for what seems like a company-side fault.
@oneplus@OnePlus_IN@GyanTherapy@TrakinTech@ShokeenSanchit please help
@kuldeepsingh668 Exactly! Spending 70k on a premium flagship device feels like a total scam now. They proudly advertise 4 years of software and security updates, but provide just a standard 1-year hardware warranty.
I think buying OnePlus flagship smartphone is like digging a grave for us. How a flagship smartphone of 70k die just like that? This is not happening only with you brother. I have seen lots of OnePlus 12 users (including me) are facing motherboard dead issue in last couple of weeks.
