Hi @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial I had a reservation in 12504 Humsafar Express on 15th May,2022 but due to unforeseen conditions the train has been Cancelled. Its been nearly 2 weeks and I haven’t received my refund yet. Why there is a delay in processing this. (PNR -6501517361)

That’s where the main water logging happens.Those worst half constructed roads,not very well maintained drainages. After an hour of rain you wont be able to distinguish between roads and drainages. This is a problem since ages @CMO_Odisha

How many more days you guys need to settle . Whenever we ask, you guys will be like sorry for the delay will settle it soon. I req govt to have a look on this.Please @PMOIndia
